Return Policy
Pacific Health offers a money back guarantee on all unopened product returned within six months of purchase, excluding monthly subscriptions. All refunds that include returned FREE product are pro-rated. Product returned may be subject to a restocking fee. If you are returning product, please send back with signed delivery confirmation. Pacific Health assumes no liability for items lost in the mail prior to our receipt.

Valued Customer Subscription Program
Customers who take advantage of our subscription service will receive a new monthly supply of product every 30 days and will be automatically billed a monthly charge. Customers have no obligation to remain on the subscription program and may discontinue at any time. Cancellation of the monthly subscription must be received prior to that month's shipment being sent in order to qualify for Pacific Health's return policy.
